--- Company history ---

In 1987, the company founder Reinhard Schuster started his company as toolmaker in a garage near Böbing.

In 1989, after two successful years, Reinhard Schuster took the next step and moved with his company to the newly built production hall directly in Böbing. At that time, he invested in new machinery and executed also turning and milling work.

In 1990, he hired his first employee. Soon, the first apprentice started to work in the company. As the order situation continued to develop positively, the newly built production hall soon proved too small. Thus, the original hall was rebuilt and extended.

The newly built premises offered space for new machinery and equipment. As the demands of technology and those of our customers have steadily increased, Schuster has developed its range of services. This led to the formation of further business units as e.g. turning shop, milling shop, electrical planning, PLC programming, construction and assembly.

After many successful years, Reinhard Schuster has withdrawn from business step by step in 2008. Before, he turned over the business to two of his long-serving employees, Herbert Wohlfahrt and Markus Lautenbacher. As current managing directors, they run the company with great commitment and know-how and thus guarantee a steady and healthy growth.

Given the strong development of our company, also the office buildings at the new location proved too small. Since January 2015, after only one year of construction time, we can welcome our business partners and visitors in our new company seat in Moosweg 1, in Böbing.
