Linking

Production plants often have to be combined with each other to increase productivity and shorten manufacturing times.

 

As generally known, the availability of interlinked machines is reduced.


Therefore, flexible linking systems make sense. Flexibility means the integration of a buffer into the linking system. This buffer can store a certain number of components in case the following plant is not ready.


On the other hand, it is also possible to work out of the buffer in case the feeder system is not ready.
